Our regeneration team generates the requirement for disposal work and, in this regard, we have a specialist unit dealing with Housebuilder Sales and mixed-use development disposals, which is one of the most experienced in its field in London. We work on plot disposals in relation to a variety of very large and complex schemes as well as smaller developments.
We are experienced in the many various structures of leasing and estate management arrangements as well as being well-versed in the relevant statutory requirements including those relating to service charge controls, the right to buy and the right to manage.
